We came over from UK for a holiday in January 2025 and stayed with family in this lovely town Deneysville and decided we would retire here. We returned to the UK and started looking for our forever home online. It was not long before we found it and we asked Lea and Phil of Watertown real estate to arrange a viewing with my family here. From the outset they could not have been more helpful despite the miles between us. Their enthusiasm, patience and genuine interest made the experience of buying our first home in SA an incredible one and within 4 months, we were on our way to SA and moved into our forever home at the beginning of June. We were not just a business transaction to them and have become good friends. Thank you, Lea and Phil, for everything you have helped us achieve.
